The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel \& Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day. The Lending, Analytics, and Beyond the Card Products Team within U.S. Consumer Services manages a suite of lending \& non-card products including Pay Over Time, Personal Loans, Plan It, Line, MyCredit Guide, and insurance. This team also manages pricing strategies \& capabilities and data \& analytics for the US Consumer business.

Within Lending, Analytics, and Beyond the Card Products, the U.S. Insurance Team owns a portfolio of No Additional Charge (NAC) and fee-based insurance products and services for customers across the Consumer, Small Business and Corporate portfolios, totaling $170M in Revenue.

The Senior Analyst, Product Management, Insurancesupports this objective by ensuring the ongoing health of the portfolio and innovating new strategies for our NAC book of business. This includes core aspects of product management (e.g., P\&L management, engagement strategies, NPS, performance reporting, and complaint tracking), product strategy (e.g., value proposition definition, product refresh), and external partnership management, across 9 differentiated products.

This is a great opportunity to not only get hands-on experience maintaining innovative products embedded across a wide portfolio of consumer and commercial cards, but also to hone knowledge and expertise in managing products and strategic partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of high-priority COCMs reduction strategies and broader product management initiatives.

Analyze and translate customer sentiment (NPS, RTF, complaints, funnel metrics, research, usability studies, and market analysis) into actionable insights that drive product improvements.

Oversee issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Lead critical product workstreams, managing initiatives from planning through successful delivery within established timeframes.

Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track and communicate product performance.

Partner with internal and external partners and stakeholders to achieve joint business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work experience.

Strong project management and analytic skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion

Energetic team player with a passion for our customers

Highly organized with attention to detail

Highly adaptable and able to balance multiple priorities in dynamic environment

Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decisions

Solutions-oriented mindset and critical thinker

Prior experience with project management

Prior experience with insurance sector

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
