Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and implement a brand-new CRM system tailored to our expanding fuel industry business. This is a key role within a growing company, offering the opportunity to build a system from the ground up that will support operations, sales, customer service, and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy a custom CRM system to support business growth.
Lead the full software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, deployment, and support).
Develop both front-end and back-end components, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust functionality.
Integrate the CRM with existing internal systems and third-party platforms where required.
Work closely with operational, sales, and management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements to enhance system performance.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance relevant to the fuel industry.
Provide ongoing updates and documentation for future system enhancements and maintenance.
Skills \& Experience Required
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (3+ years ideal).
Strong proficiency with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, .NET, Python, or similar.
Experience designing and maintaining SQL/non-SQL databases.
Understanding of API development and system integration.
Experience developing CRM systems (custom-built or platform-based) is highly desirable.
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

£40,000 to £45,000 pa DOE
