As a
Machine Learning Engineer
, you'll have the opportunity to enhance the way millions of customers interact with our platform. By working closely with business leaders and utilizing advanced machine learning and engineering tools, you'll help transform the user experience and improve how our platform delivers personalized food discoveries.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior engineers, data scientists/analysts, and product managers to enhance search, recommendations, and personalization algorithms.
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable machine learning systems to deliver seamless, personalized food experiences.
Implement cutting\-edge machine learning techniques in areas like search, retrieval, recommendation, and natural language processing (NLP).
Improve the core machine learning infrastructure, focusing on optimizing product and user embeddings for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Apply software engineering best practices, including CI/CD and pipeline orchestration, to machine learning workflows.
Define, promote, and implement best practices throughout the machine learning lifecycle
Qualifications:
1\+ years of experience in ML modeling and large\-scale production systems.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Strong experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
Proficient in machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Scikit\-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Experience using version control systems like Git and collaborative platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
Solid experience developing personalized search and recommendation systems, ideally in an e\-commerce environment.
Familiarity with containerization and cloud computing (AWS experience is a plus, but experience with other platforms is also valuable).
