We're hiring a Product Manager who brings technical exposure to APIs and integrations, along with a sharp product sense and a strong eye for user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Integration Hub and API
You will kick off your journey driving our Integration Hub product - owning its roadmap, feature design, and delivery. In parallel, you’ll serve a consulting role: engaging directly with customers, uncovering their integration needs, and recommending API‑based solutions. Key duties:
Product ownership
Define and prioritize the Integration Hub roadmap, balancing customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Track progress through sprints; ensure timely delivery of new integrations and enhancements
Customer consulting
Lead discovery and solution‑design calls with prospects and existing clients
Analyze customers’ tech stacks and integration objectives; propose API‑driven architectures
Create polished architecture diagrams and integration blueprints
Task Tracking and Data Extraction application
Beyond integrations, you’ll have the freedom to explore and shape our Task‑Tracking System and Data Extraction App. These domains emphasize UX/UI design, stakeholder alignment, and strategic product thinking - complementary to your technical integration work. Key duties:
Product ideation \& strategy
Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to define feature sets and high‑level vision
Prioritize a balanced backlog of enhancements, aligning with business objectives and user pain points
UX/UI focus
Collaborate with designers to create intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
Facilitate usability testing sessions; translate insights into actionable improvements
Roadmap \& delivery
Build and maintain a clear, time‑bound product roadmap for both task tracking and data extraction streams
Define success metrics (e.g. adoption rates, time savings) and track post‑launch performance
Job Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a technical product, integration, or solutions consulting role.
Proven ability to own and deliver API‑driven projects from concept to launch.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable working closely with both UI/UX designers and engineering teams.
Strong analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and problem‑solving ability.
Hands‑on experience with software development or technology‑enabled change initiatives.
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like MySQL, Postman, or other data transformation and integration platforms.
