职位描述:
1. Develop a brand-new Web3 product, gaining deep insights into the needs of overseas C-end users, and conducting product requirement analysis and design;
2. Responsible for analyzing and tracking product data, gaining a thorough understanding of users, the industry, and competing products, forming product judgments and optimizations, and driving implementation;
3. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, continuous optimization, and iteration;
4. Accountable for user experience and user growth metrics, capable of forming data-driven insights and making informed decisions.
1. 打造一款全新的Web3产品,能够深入洞察海外C端的使用该产品的需求,并且完成产品的需求分析与产品设计;
2. 负责洞察跟踪产品数据,深入了解用户、行业、同类产品的情况,形成对产品的判断与优化,并且推动落地;
3. 协调内部各条线的团队,帮助产品按照时间节奏落地并且持续优化与迭代;
4. 为用户体验与用户量指标负责,能够基于数据形成深度的思考与判断。
职位要求:
1. Proficiency in English and understanding of overseas users are must-haves;
2. Candidates with both Web2 and Web3 product experience are preferred;
3. Ability to think deeply about the habits, experiences, and interactions of overseas users;
4. Having overseas study or work experience is a plus;
5. A track record of successful product cases is a plus.
