Position: Logistic and Facility Management Coordinator (West EU\&UK)

Responsibilities:
Negotiate the logistics conditions for the JIS centers in Europe West/South and the UK.
Provide logistics cost estimates to the Costing Department to support the creation of binding quotations for customers.
Implement the involvement of FM Integrator Suppliers.
Coordinate and monitor the performance of FM suppliers.
Ensure that the actions proposed by the FM integrator are aligned with the guaranteed/targeted savings and that the plants accept and reasonably implement them.
Follow up on the monthly savings reports.
Hold regular meetings with FM integrator suppliers, in coordination with other Regional Coordinators and the Category Manager, to track results, assess the effectiveness of implemented actions, and identify new potential initiatives.
Activate corrective actions in case of deviations from objectives.
What we are looking for:
University Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification.
Experience in purchasing, preferably in the automotive sector.
Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a strong plus.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
Extensive knowledge and experience in:

Legal management of international contracts.

Negotiating logistics services and service agreements at an international level.

Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks associated with global logistics providers.

Comprehensive management of general factory maintenance suppliers, with a focus on integrator-based vendor models.

Standardizing procedures for the contracting and execution of services across international operations.

Managing strategic suppliers to ensure efficiency, compliance, and value creation.
Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, combined with a structured working style and high learning and adaptability capabilities
