🔹 Compensation - Up to US$40/hour (but paid per completed task involving multiple hours)
🔹 Flexible, part-time collaboration (20+ hrs/week)
We’re hiring strong Python developers to work on real-world software engineering tasks. This is hands-on coding and debugging work to create training data for LLM post-training. You’ll work directly with production-like codebases and engineering problems that require careful reasoning and disciplined execution.
🔧 What you’ll do
Complete coding and debugging tasks in real Python codebases
Read, understand, and reason about existing software systems
Debug issues using logs, traces, and runtime behavior
Work in Docker and Linux environments
🧠 What we’re looking for
Strong Python fundamentals and software engineering experience
Comfort working in unfamiliar codebases
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and respect for technical constraints
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions
