About Anzir

Anzir is building a cultural platform for interactive narrative entertainment — starting from MysteryAct (Jubensha). We connect creators, Game Masters/venues, and players through an integrated platform, and we’re making the experience AI-native: creator tools, translation/localization workflows, GM copilot, and AI NPC experiences.

The Role

We’re looking for a Frontend / Product Engineer who is deeply hands-on, AI-native, and product-minded. You’ll work closely with the founding team in Sydney to ship high-quality user experiences and build AI agent workflows that create real customer value.

What You’ll Do

Frontend delivery (must-have)

- Build and ship Flutter mobile experiences: onboarding, session/game flow, player tools, community/UX

- Build and ship React web experiences: creator dashboards, GM/store tools, internal/admin consoles

- Own features from prototype → production: quality, performance, observability, release process

AI \& AI Agents (must-have)

- Use AI daily to increase engineering velocity (coding, debugging, testing, documentation)

- Design and implement AI agent workflows as product capabilities:

- agent tool-calling / actions, multi-step workflows, guardrails \& fallbacks

- practical evaluation (quality, cost, latency, reliability) and iteration

- Turn AI into a reliable user experience — not a demo

Product mindset (must-have)

- Design thinking + customer empathy: translate user pain into measurable outcomes

- Agile execution + lean MVPs: ship fast, test assumptions, iterate with data + feedback

- Strong focus on customer experience and value creation (reducing friction, improving completion/retention, raising satisfaction)

Cultural strength (important)

- You care about culture-driven products and communities

- Ideally, you understand MysteryAct / murder mystery / immersive roleplay formats (or you’re genuinely excited to learn and build in this space)

Requirements - Strong Flutter + React skills with verifiable work (apps, portfolio, GitHub, shipped products)

- Practical experience building AI/LLM features and/or agent workflows (professional or serious side projects)

- Sydney-based or able to work Sydney hours and collaborate regularly

Nice to Have

- Realtime systems (WebSockets/WebRTC), multiplayer/session orchestration

- Payments/subscriptions/marketplaces (Stripe)

- Experience in gaming, social apps, creator tools, storytelling products
