What will you do?

As Product Manager, You’ll

Drive Strategy: Set and lead the product roadmap for SME and Agri insurance, ensuring commercial viability and alignment with Aon’s purpose.

Deliver Operational Excellence: Oversee the full product lifecycle—from design and documentation to compliance and performance—continually enhancing coverage and processes.

Lead Culture and Communication: Champion wellbeing, inclusive leadership, and clear communication, inspiring colleagues to connect with our purpose.

Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Build trusted partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including insurers and clients, always with a “one team” mindset.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a confident, commercially astute leader who is passionate about great customer and business outcome, and brings:

A proven track record in product development and management, especially in solutions for small businesses or rural clients.

Strong commercial and analytical skills to assess product viability, drive performance and assess opportunities

Whilst experience in SME and/or Agri insurance, with deep technical expertise and sector knowledge, is ideal, experience in Commercial insurance with the desire to learn these important sectors will be considered.

The ability to translate market and customer insights into innovative, value-driven products.

Outstanding negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and familiarity with insurance policy documentation.

Capabilityin managing the delivery of product developments or enhancements, and a tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
