Attend service calls and resolve complaints raised by doctors/clients promptly.
Perform installation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of dental equipment.
Handle an assigned territory and regularly visit clinics and doctors.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through field visits.
Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and converting them into leads/enquiries.
Promote company products and solutions to increase sales.
Provide product demonstrations and explain features/benefits to doctors.
Ensure excellent after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Submit daily activity reports and updates to the manager.
Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales and service targets
Requirements:
Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (preferred) or relevant technical background.
Fresh graduates welcome – training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of dental/medical equipment service and sales is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
