Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Node.js Developer Intern who is eager to learn and build robust backend solutions. You’ll work closely with our senior developers, designing server-side logic, supporting core databases, and ensuring excellent performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
You’ll also get exposure to front-end technologies like Vue.js, AngularJS, ReactJS, or any JavaScript framework — helping you integrate and deliver complete, well-functioning applications.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements in detail and translate them into technical solutions.
Determine operational feasibility by evaluating requirements and proposed solutions.
Design and develop database schemas (primarily MongoDB).
Write clean, efficient backend logic using Node.js.
Develop and manage RESTful APIs with Express.js.
Troubleshoot and solve critical bugs in backend services and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, frontend, QA) to deliver projects end-to-end.
Own the delivery of backend modules from development to deployment.
Deploy code using CI/CD pipelines on AWS servers.
Research and experiment with new technologies to solve tech challenges.
Review user stories for technical feasibility and provide inputs.
Maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation.
Qualifications
Must Have:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Clear understanding of Node.js, JavaScript, and backend development concepts.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Express.js.
Understanding of databases like MongoDB or MySQL.
Basic knowledge of Git and version control.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
