As a Software Developer you are working at the heart of the design, development, deployment and continuous improvement. You are a key player in the agile software development team that contributes to make our complex marketing operations feel effortless.

What you’ll do
We are after someone who is keen to tackle complex architectural challenges and to work on complex projects from start to finish, is oriented to solve problems, is innovative, reliable, punctual, proactive and communicative. You have a wide interest in Finance and new technology. You encourage a culture of professionalism, customer service and technical excellence.
Work closely with front-end and back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and DevOps engineers both within an Agile team, and through cross domain initiatives
Coach peers, lead by example, and support a culture of clean, testable, and maintainable code
You ensure the quality and correctness of what you deliver with a test-driven development approach

Your profile
You are an experienced, pro-active, self-motivated developer who takes ownership and responsibility. You understand component-based architecture, domain driven design, and how to keep codebases future-ready. You balance attention to detail with a strong sense of practicality.
Must-haves:
Self-motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
Analytically strong and good at solving problems
Professional attitude towards our customers and colleagues
Proficiency in
Java 21, Spring Boot, GraphQL, PostgreSQL,
Experience with
AWS
and
Event-driven architectures
Solid understanding of
REST
Interest in financial processes like “order to cash” and “procure to pay” (experience is considered a pré)
Nice-to-haves
An interest in full-stack collaboration (our stack includes Java, Spring, Hybernate, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of
TypeScript
or
RabbitMQ
Experience in Supply chain or Warehousing \& fulfilment
