We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager (Field Sales) to join our automobile dealership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful vehicle sales.
Provide detailed product information to customers and assist in vehicle selection.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to ensure maximum conversion.
Build and maintain healthy customer relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams for financing, vehicle registration, and delivery.
Maintain and update daily sales reports and customer databases.
Participate in local promotional events or campaigns to boost brand presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience in automobile sales or field sales (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a go-getter attitude.
Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
Knowledge of the local market (Khalilabad/Deoria) is a plus.
Minimum qualification: Graduation(Any)
