We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of textile products (fabrics, yarns, garments, etc.), and proven experience in B2C business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in textile markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including Architects, Interior designers, Project Management firms, etc.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product and service solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
Visit trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Track sales performance, generate reports, and present to senior leadership.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design , Textile Design, or related field is a plus
2 – 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home furnishings or lifestyle products
Proficiency in English and the local language.
Work Environment:
Retail showroom (indoors) + Client meetings
Sunday is weekly off.
