Role Description: UI/UX Design Intern

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to join our growing product team. You will assist in designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our software applications that contribute to transforming healthcare experiences.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with usability, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to gain hands-on experience designing for real-world health-tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing user interfaces for software applications.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and design opportunities.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma or similar tools.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Work with product managers to translate business goals into design solutions.

Maintain brand consistency across design elements and improve the visual experience.

Incorporate user feedback and analytics to enhance product usability.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Basic knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

Nice to Have (Optional)

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks.

Familiarity with user research methods and accessibility standards.

Previous internship or project experience in UI/UX design.
