Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced L3 Support Engineer with a strong background in Advanced Java and Angular 13+ to join our application support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing deep technical support, resolving production issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high application availability and performance.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 3 (L3) support for enterprise applications built with Java (Backend) and Angular 13+ (Frontend).
Perform root cause analysis, bug fixing, and code-level debugging for complex production issues.
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently.
Create and maintain technical documentation for recurring issues and solutions.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas of improvement.
Work within Agile or DevOps environments to manage support tickets and prioritize tasks.
Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and maintain SLAs for issue resolution.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior support engineers as needed.
Skills Required:
Strong expertise in Java, including OOP principles, multithreading, exception handling, and performance tuning.
Solid experience with Angular 13+, including components, services, RxJS, and Angular CLI.
Hands-on experience in debugging full-stack issues in a live production environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Git, JIRA, and log monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Kibana).
Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP, and JSON.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $45.00-$52.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
