Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular 13+, and cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and modern DevOps practices to build secure, scalable, and innovative digital banking solutions. This role demands deep technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular 13+.
Develop and integrate RESTful web services and microservices for enterprise-grade digital platforms.
Implement cloud-native applications on Azure, utilizing services such as App Services, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Lead or participate in full SDLC: requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Enforce secure coding standards, ensuring compliance with banking regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
Automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize application performance using observability tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and peers.
Skills Required:
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Advanced Java Concepts, Spring Boot, and RESTful Web Services.
Proficient in Angular 13+ for modern front-end development.
Deep knowledge of Microservices architecture and inter-service communication patterns.
Experience in Azure Cloud, including App Services, Key Vault, and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools: GitHub, Azure Repos, CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, App Insights, Splunk, or ELK.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to banking and financial services domain.
Experience with RDBMS (e.g., DB2, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
Knowledge of secure coding practices and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
Relevant certifications in Java, Azure, or DevOps.
