The Role: Software Engineer/Development Team Lead / Tech Lead (x5)

We’re looking for

five

inspiring technical leaders to guide cross-functional engineering teams across multiple product areas.

This is a

hands-on leadership role

, combining:

technical decision-making

architectural influence

people coaching

delivery leadership

and impactful ownership of high-value product areas

Your team may focus on:

🌳 New product modules

🌳 UI modernisation initiatives

🌳 Workflow and automation improvements

🌳 Core platform scalability and resilience

🌳 High-impact customer-facing features

Focus areas rotate annually, ensuring ongoing growth and variety.

What You’ll Do

🌳 Lead and develop a team of 2–6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth

🌳 Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform

🌳 Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes

🌳 Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features

🌳 Own the full lifecycle from concept → architecture → code → release

🌳 Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent

🌳 Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence

🌳 Remain technically hands-on, especially while teams scale

We’re seeking strong full-stack engineers who lead by example.
