This is a 1-year contract role.
We’re supporting a leading consulting client who is expanding their technology team and looking for a hands-on DevOps / Backend Engineer to help build, modernise and scale cloud-native platforms.

What you’ll be doing
Design, build and optimise
CI/CD pipelines
to support fast, reliable delivery
Work with
cloud-native infrastructure
using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and related tools
Manage and deploy containerised applications in cloud environments
Own features end-to-end — from development through deployment and production support
Drive
automation
and an “everything-as-code” mindset
Implement
monitoring, logging and observability
(e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace)
Run
POCs
and help introduce new tools and technologies into the organisation
Collaborate closely with platform, product and agile delivery teams
What we’re looking for
Strong experience in
DevOps / CI-CD
, containerisation and cloud platforms
Hands-on with tools such as
GitLab, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy
(or similar)
Solid understanding of APIs and modern backend systems
Comfortable working in
agile, cross-functional teams
Proactive, pragmatic, and takes pride in delivering quality work
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Very good command of
English
