About the Role

As Product Leader Air Conditioning, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our air conditioning and air-to-air heat pump product lines. You will define strategic plans for business expansion, drive product development, and collaborate across multiple functions to deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. This role reports to our Group Product Manager AIRCO.

What you’ll do

Strategic Planning \& Development:

Define and implement a strategic plan for business growth

Analyze market requests and propose new developments based on profitability

Manage product development and release processes in close collaboration with R\&D and other departments (planning, marketing, quality, procurement, production)

Market Analysis \& Competitor Monitoring:

Assess reference markets, demand trends, incentives, regulations, and certification schemes

Monitor competitors and key stakeholders to identify opportunities and risks

Sales Support \& Customer Engagement:

Support sales teams mainly in our global markets with technical and marketing materials

Deliver targeted training and comprehensive documentation to enhance technical expertise and build confidence in our air-to-air and heat pump solutions

Participate in joint visits to major customers

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other business lines and departments to build engagement and ensure alignment and leverage synergies

What we’re looking for:

Master’s degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering

2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international environment

In-depth knowledge of air-to-air heat pumps, air conditioning systems, or HVAC products

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams

Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and meeting deadlines

Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach

Willingness to travel

Fluency in English and Italian (knowledge of Spanish, French, or Chinese is a plus)
