We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js) who will take ownership of our applications from concept to deployment. You aren’t just writing code; you are shaping the architecture, performance, and user experience of products used by clients worldwide. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ensure every feature is robust, efficient, and elegant.

Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development: Build, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications with React and Node.js.
End-to-End Ownership: Participate in the full software lifecycle, from architecture planning and coding to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Code Quality \& Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to implement new features, resolve issues, and improve existing systems.
Performance \& Security: Ensure applications are high-performing, secure, and reliable under real-world conditions.
Technical Leadership: Suggest improvements in architecture, frameworks, and development processes.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in full stack development, with proven experience in React and Node.js.
Portfolio/Projects: Demonstrable projects or code samples showing full stack work, ideally including web applications with frontend and backend integration.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Mindset: Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and eager to improve both code and team processes.
Communication: Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. English fluency is required.

Pay: £93,306.28-£117,215.65 per year
