Java Developer
. The role will focus on developing and optimizing overseas financial lending systems, covering the full cycle of loan applications, disbursements, repayments, and risk control, supporting the company’s global expansion.
【岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities】
参与海外贷款业务需求分析，提出技术方案并完成系统设计；
负责贷款系统（进件、放款、还款、风控模块）的开发、调试与维护；
编写高质量、可维护的 Java 代码，并持续优化系统性能；
确保系统在高并发场景下的高可用性与安全性；
排查并解决技术问题（缺陷修复、性能优化等）；
跨部门协作，确保项目进度与交付质量；
参与分布式系统与微服务架构的设计与优化；
持续跟踪并引入新技术，提升系统效率。
Participate in requirement analysis for overseas lending, propose technical solutions, and complete system design.
Develop, debug, and maintain loan system modules (application, disbursement, repayment, risk control).
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code with continuous system optimization.
Ensure system scalability, availability, and security under high concurrency.
Troubleshoot technical challenges such as bug fixing and performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Contribute to the design and optimization of distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Explore and adopt new technologies to enhance system efficiency.
【任职要求 / Requirements】
3年以上 Java 开发经验；
精通 Java，熟悉 Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / MyBatis 等框架；
熟悉分布式系统与微服务架构（Dubbo、Zookeeper 优先）；
精通 MySQL / Oracle，熟悉 SQL 优化与事务管理；
具备高并发、高可用架构设计与性能调优经验；
熟悉 Linux 开发与部署，了解 Kafka / RabbitMQ、Redis 等中间件；
熟悉海外贷款业务流程（申请、审批、还款等）；
有风控、支付或信贷系统经验者优先；
良好的沟通与团队协作能力，适应新环境速度快；
具备独立解决复杂问题的能力和持续学习的热情。
3+ years of Java development experience.
Proficient in Java with strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis.
Familiar with distributed systems and microservices (experience with Dubbo, Zookeeper is a plus).
Strong database expertise with MySQL/Oracle, SQL optimization, and transaction management.
Experience in high concurrency, high availability architecture design and performance tuning.
Skilled in Linux development and deployment; knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis.
Understanding of overseas lending processes (loan application, approval, repayment).
Prior experience in risk control, payment, or credit systems is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, quick to adapt to new environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently handle complex tasks.
