Are you passionate about driving product strategy and innovation across diverse markets?

At Armacell, we are looking for a skilled Product Manager EMEA to lead product lifecycle management and market analysis, ensuring our solutions meet evolving customer needs across the region.

Your Tasks* Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights

Translate market requirements into actionable strategies and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders

Collaborate with internal and external research partners to support product development initiatives

Analyse product performance, including sales and gross margin, to guide lifecycle decisions

Define product specifications and long-term strategies in close cooperation with customers and cross-functional teams

Lead product development through the Armacell Stage Gate process, ensuring alignment with market needs

Develop pricing strategies and product policies tailored to EMEA markets

Drive go-to-market planning and execution across departments, including Marketing, R\&D, and Engineering

Your Profile* Proven experience in technical product management, ideally within an international B2B environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into strategic actions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Familiarity with product lifecycle management and development processes

Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects across diverse teams

Experience in defining product roadmaps and market requirement documents

Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German and additional languages are a plus

Willingness to travel regularly within Europe (up to 25%)
