We have multiple opportunities across all experience levels - Associate Managers, Product Managers and Senior Product Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a high pace Home Lending delivery environment.
Role
Supported by a customer experience owner (CXO) day to day in a cross functional squad, these roles will be specifically focused on:
Regulatory/compliance initiatives (CCCFA).
Investigating, problem solving and solutioning.
Progressing changes through decision forums and governance.
Supporting/leading change management activity.
Becoming a home lending domain expert.
Being capable of translating ‘big picture’ thinking into actionable initiatives and work collaboratively to deliver on these at pace.

You're known for your customer centric mindset, people centred approach and openness to new ideas. You are experienced in banking/finance and a proven track record of product management, analysis or delivery withing a professional organisation.

Senior Product Manager – Minimum 8 years’ experience in product management

Product Manager – Minimum 4 years’ experience in product management

Associate Manager – Experience in product management ideal, but not a pre-requisite.
Ideally you will have deep knowledge of personal banking products (specifically home lending), good understanding of the New Zealand regulatory and legislative environment for financial services.
The skills necessary to engage a broad range of senior stakeholders are essential and you will be valued for your ability to deliver compelling insights and recommendations to all audiences.
With the pragmatism to drive delivery and change at pace, you will possess strong business acumen and an ability to prioritise what is important and impactful.
You will also encourage your team to raise the bar on standards and expectations, and you will support development of capability within the wider Product Practice.
You'll be keen to provide thought leadership for strategic, process and operational improvements, challenging things we are not comfortable with, so that we get better all the time.
