You'll have the opportunity to get hands-on with some interesting and complex pieces of work that integrate on an enterprise scale, all while being part of a smaller squad that makes their own decisions about how to work through prioritisation - so your voice will be heard, and your opinions valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, maintain, and develop API applications

Continuously improve processes and technology for scalability and high availability

Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Monitor, alert, and report on environments

Mentor and promote best practices within the team

Utilize CI/CD tools for efficient development and deployment

Develop, maintain, and enhance CRM and Core Integration solutions

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability

Analyse, understand, and work with existing code bases across different .NET versions

Support and modernize legacy WCF services

Design and implement REST APIs for integration and new features

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions

Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving abilities, and leadership in your role

5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes — including deployment, scaling, configuration management and troubleshooting in a production environment

Proven experience with Microsoft Azure — including core services such as AKS, Azure DevOps, App Services, Key Vault and Azure Monitor

Proficient in C# with the ability to write clean, maintainable and well-tested code

Solid experience with .NET (preferably .NET 6 or above) — including building and maintaining APIs, services and backend applications

Experience working within a CI/CD pipeline and deploying containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes

Familiarity with infrastructure as code and cloud-native development practices

Experience with both legacy WCF services and modern REST APIs

Ability to quickly understand and adapt to existing code bases

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience with CRM systems and integration projects (desirable)
