Responsibilities:
Lead the design, planning, and execution of OMS product features and modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business units across regions (including China) to align requirements and product objectives.
Analyze business processes, logistics workflows, and customer needs to define clear product specifications.
Develop product roadmaps, feature backlogs, user stories, and detailed documentation.
Manage project timelines, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and oversee end-to-end implementation.
Evaluate product performance, gather feedback, and propose enhancements for future versions.
Coordinate with QA, development, and operations teams during UAT and production rollouts.
Communicate product updates, risks, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Qualifications \& Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in OMS product design and project implementation.
Strong understanding of order processing, inventory, logistics, warehouse, and supply chain workflows.
Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong English communication and documentation skills.
Experience working in international or cross-border environments is a plus.
Ability to travel to China periodically (if required by the project).

This position will be based at ATS’s client office to support their current projects
On-site at Hanoi (international projects can return to China on the last weekend of each month)
