Responsibilities:

Manage sizable events and implement event plans and concepts

Coordinate and facilitate effective communications with various internal operation and technical support departments to develop execution plan to ensure events are implemented smoothly

Monitor and supervise event setup and ensure the setup is in accordance with the event plans. Collaborate with operational teams and technical teams to identify any potential problems and provide solutions

Oversee all event related safety and regulation are in compliance and report update to senior management on simultaneous manner

Maintain good relationship with organizers and provide professional advice to enquires from analyze all requirements and develop effective plan to execution until achieve quality deliverables

On-site in charge and ensure deliver event smoothly and in high quality

Prepare event monthly report and maintain event document with proper record for future reference

Perform any ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel \& Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related disciplines

Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in sizeable companies with 5 years hands on experience

Knowledge of best practice within MICE industry

A team player with excellent leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills; good logical thinking, strong problem-solving and negotiations skills

Well-organized, detail-minded, multi-tasking, flexible, work independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
