Head of Product – Digital Channels

As the Head of Product for Digital Channels (ASICS.com, Checkout, Omnichannel, Service) in the Digital Product department, you will lead, define and manage the (future) strategic direction and iterations of scalable, global digital product(s) and features. You will drive value by ensuring your product domain strategy is data-driven, enables business value and customer impact by solving customer problems, and enhances customer experience on a global scale.

How you will help us:

Based in our Hoofddorp office and reporting to Bart, our Director of Digital Product and Digital Strategy, as part of the role you will:

Drive the Digital Channels product domain strategy.

You will drive product strategy from vision to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional product development that delivers measurable business impact. You will solve Digital Channels related problems and needs, ensure effective and value-driven decisions, align priorities and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business and consumer commitments.

Orchestrate roadmap definition and execution.

You will lead comprehensive roadmap planning and execution through strategic initiative discovery and value-based prioritization to drive outcome-focused product development that maximizes business impact while ensuring operational continuity.

Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle

. You will drive measurable growth by balancing business continuity with value creation, assessing impact through defined KPIs and outcome pyramids, and making data-driven recommendations for product evolution or retirement.

Act as our Digital Channels ambassador.

You will establish trusted stakeholder relationships across ASICS through transparent communication and continuous alignment on priorities and outcomes, driving adoption, and maintaining continuous feedback loops with customers and internal teams.

Manage the Digital Channels product domain team.

You will provide strategic direction on product development and go-to-market strategies to the team while fostering an inclusive culture that enables both individual growth and collective success through continuous feedback, strengths-based leadership, and effective performance management.

Does this sound like you?

You’re an experienced Digital Product Lead.

You have proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 7 years in the digital and e-commerce domain and a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or equivalent role.

You're a seasoned agile practitioner.

You bring solid experience in working with agile scrum teams through iterative validation, focused on value and realization of a set strategic direction.

You're a cross-functional delivery expert.

You have a proven track record of driving product delivery across business, design, and technology teams with strong product discovery skills and a genuine passion for creating premium digital customer experiences.

You're an effective collaborator.

You excel at working within global organizations and multicultural teams, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and the organizational effectiveness needed to align multiple stakeholders across different business lines toward common goals.

You champion a data-driven premium customer experience.

You maintain an unwavering focus on customer-centricity while making data-driven decisions that consistently deliver measurable improvements to premium customer experiences through innovative digital solutions.
