Responsibilities:

- Assist in contract administration, cost monitoring, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting
Maintain and update project correspondences for the purpose of interim payment, variations and final accounts
Prepare payment and variation applications and handle contract claims
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Liaise with external and internal parties on contract issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience with exposure in E\&M projects is preferred
Detail-minded and self-motivated
Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
