About the Role:

Are you ready to drive the commercial success of AQ Diagnostics' Distribution product portfolio? As our Product Manager – Distribution, you'll lead the charge in optimizing product availability and managing key relationships across Australia, New Zealand, and South America. Your strategic vision will ensure brand consistency and drive growth through effective distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development of strategies for pricing, profitability, and go-to-market plans.

Oversee supply chain operations to ensure timely product delivery.

Manage and develop customer relationships and sales strategies.

Identify new distribution opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Support stakeholders with product training and customer support.

Engage with government agencies, industry groups, and key opinion leaders.

Monitor market dynamics and analyze trends to inform strategy.

Ensure compliance, track KPIs, and maintain regulatory standards.

Maintain accurate product documentation and support audit processes.

Contribute to health and safety initiatives and promote safe work practices.

Your Profile:

Education:

TAFE Certification or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.

Experience:

Experience in product management/marketing, sales, or logistics preferably in Food Assurance/Laboratory/Animal Health sectors.

Skills:

Strong strategic thinking, relationship building, and excellent communication skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications and financial literacy.
