Role Description

We’re looking for a

Full Stack Developer

to join an innovative digital platform project that’s transforming how AI-powered assistants are built and delivered. You’ll be part of a collaborative Scrum team of around 10 professionals — including business analysts, UX/UI designers, and AI developers - working together to deliver modern, scalable features.

This is a hands-on development role focused on both

frontend and backend coding

- no infrastructure or DevOps responsibilities.

About the Project

You’ll help build a cutting-edge

AI assistant platform

composed of modular micro frontends, each loaded on demand. The project leverages the latest technologies -

Angular

,

Lit (Google framework)

, and

.NET 8

- to create dynamic, high-performance web components.

Your Typical Day

Participate in daily Scrum stand-ups and sprint ceremonies

Review and deliver assigned user stories and technical tasks

Develop and maintain

frontend

(Angular, Lit) and

backend

(.NET) features

Independently deploy code in a controlled environment

Collaborate closely with business analysts, UX/UI designers (Figma), and fellow developers

Communicate progress clearly and proactively raise questions to stay aligned

Leverage tools like

GitHub Copilot

and other productivity solutions to accelerate delivery

What We Are Looking For

Experience Level:

Medior (3–5 years) to Senior (5+ years)

Junior profiles will not be considered.

Must Have

Strong, hands-on experience with

Lit framework

(mandatory)

Proven

Angular (v18+)

Skills

Solid backend development with

.NET 8

Full-stack development experience (frontend + backend)

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Experience working in

Agile/Scrum

environments

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Proactive mindset and willingness to ask questions and collaborate

Nice to Have

Experience with

Microsoft Azure

Knowledge of

state management

(NgRx or similar)

Familiarity with

Figma

for UI/UX collaboration

Dutch or French

language skills (a plus, not required)

Experience with

RxJS
