What You'll Do
As Product Manager, you will work closely with company leadership to drive Athos Commerce’s product vision and strategy. You’ll bring a deep understanding of ecommerce and market trends to shape our roadmap, while ensuring that our products deliver exceptional value to customers. This role partners with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that help retailers and brands succeed.
How You'll Succeed
Partner with the Director of Product Management and leadership team to define and execute product vision and strategy.
Translate customer, stakeholder, and market feedback into clear requirements and roadmaps.
Prioritize product features that align with customer needs and company objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and sales on positioning and messaging.
Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Drive innovation through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Stay ahead of ecommerce industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Own the organization and execution of product releases.
Champion a culture of collaboration, empathy, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-5 years of product management experience.
High technical acumen
Strong understanding of ecommerce models, platforms, and industry trends.
Experience positioning products with analysts and prospects.
Proven success developing and implementing product vision and strategy.
Strong analytical skills, with experience working with both qualitative and quantitative data.
Skilled communicator with proven ability to collaborate across functions.
Familiarity with leading product management frameworks.
Track record of building and leading high-performing product teams.
Passion for delivering innovative, customer-focused products.
