About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This fully remote position is ideal for candidates located in the US Pacific or Mountain time zones. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining core backend services that enhance our customer experience and internal workflows.
Your role will involve designing robust REST APIs, configuring monitoring systems, and building reliable CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and efficient software solutions. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrations, optimize system performance, and contribute to the overall architecture of our platform. Qualifications
2+ years of experience with prominent programming languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, or Scala.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience performing platform integrations using REST APIs.
Strong familiarity with version control systems, particularly GIT, in collaborative team settings.
Hands-on experience with server technologies including NPM, Docker, NGINX, Express/Node.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, leveraging varied strengths and expertise.
Experience working with content management systems and cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
Additional skills such as Java, Freemarker, Rust, or platform-specific expertise are advantageous.
