We are a fast-growing performance and growth marketing agency that uses a combination of technology, problem-solving, and psychology to make paid media profitable for some of the most exciting digitally native eCommerce brands. Our social team has collectively managed over $500M+ in Meta advertising spend, and we are ready to add another senior-level operator to the team.

This role is for a highly experienced Senior Meta Ads Manager who will own a portfolio of clients spending between $50,000 and $200,000+ per month. You will be responsible for performance, strategy, testing, and clear communication, with a path to team leadership as the department continues to scale.

Responsibilities

Develop and own long-term and tactical acquisition strategies across Facebook and Instagram.

Execute, optimize, and scale multiple Meta ad accounts with a performance-first mindset.

Translate performance insights into clear creative direction for the in-house design team.

Continuously monitor performance, establish benchmarks, and proactively identify opportunities and risks.

Design, execute, and evaluate structured testing across creative, audiences, offers, and funnels.

Collaborate with account managers and strategists to align paid media efforts with broader client business objectives.

Clearly communicate wins, losses, and next steps internally so clients understand the roadmap forward.

Act as a senior thought partner, challenging assumptions, improving processes, and raising the bar across the team.

Requirements

3+ years of paid Facebook/Instagram (Meta) advertising experience in Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce.

Proven experience managing multiple ad accounts spending $75,000+ per month while hitting defined KPIs.

Strong ownership mindset — you are accountable for outcomes, not just execution.

Independent problem solver who does not require platform or fundamentals training.

Agency experience strongly preferred.

Advanced understanding of full-funnel marketing, including prospecting, retargeting, and LTV-based decision making.

Advanced fluency in performance metrics including CPA, CVR, ROAS, MER, CPM, CPV, CPC, and CTR.

Deep experience with Meta audiences, events, conversion tracking, and product feeds.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active clients simultaneously.

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborative, driven, and genuinely invested in client success.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R$25,000.00 - R$45,000.00 per month
