With a clientele spanning hospitals, surgeons, and medical educators across Europe and beyond, Augmedit stands at the forefront of innovation in the healthcare sector.
As a purpose-driven startup navigating the intricacies of transformative technology within a regulated landscape, we offer a unique opportunity to become part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding team. Collaborating across borders, time zones, and healthcare facilities, we are dedicated to bringing innovation to fruition.
About The Role
We are entering a scale-up phase, expanding our team, launching new products, and preparing for international growth. We are seeking a Senior Product Owner who can navigate complexity, create clarity, and deliver to plan. You will translate vision into a sequenced roadmap, balance user needs with regulatory and technical constraints, and keep the dev team aligned and on schedule.
You will collaborate closely with Software developers (4-6), UX, Clinical Stakeholders, Customer Success, and QA/RA to ensure releases meet high standards of usability, quality, and compliance. Working with new technologies often requires rapid adaptation and adjustments to plans when pilot projects yield outcomes or expectations that differ from those initially anticipated, and you know that.
You will manage parallel release streams, including new CE-marked features, new clinical workflows, and FDA documentation for existing products. This role requires strong leadership presence and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders. You will protect scope, maintain focus, and establish clear delivery timelines in a complex, regulated environment.
