About the job
Product Manager - Real-World Assets (RWA) \| Remote
If you get excited about making complex financial products simple and you prefer building over polishing decks, this will probably feel like your kind of work. We're partnering with a well-backed technology company bringing traditional assets into a new digital infrastructure. Think investment products, alternative assets, and financial tools that need to feel as intuitive as your favorite consumer app.
Here's the thing. This isn't a feature factory role. You'll own outcomes: user growth, assets under management, satisfaction, not just roadmaps. You'll design, prototype, ship, and iterate with real data. I've noticed the best consumer PMs care equally about what users need and what the data shows. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
What you'll do - Product Manager:
Design and ship investment products end-to-end. PRDs, user flows, prototypes focused on removing friction and cognitive load.
Drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance. You're the glue, but also the decider.
Build analytics systems to track what matters. Run experiments, A/B test, measure ruthlessly, and iterate fast.
Stay ahead of market trends and emerging tech. Turn insights into shipped features that users actually want.
Own the business metrics. Not just launches: growth, retention, and revenue.
What you bring
2-4 years building consumer-facing internet products through full lifecycle. I care less about company names and more about what you shipped and learned.
Consumer product background. Could be fintech (wealth management, trading, pensions, payments), eCommerce (marketplace, checkout, personalization), or consumer platforms (subscription, onboarding flows). You understand what makes users trust and engage with digital products.
Data-informed, not data-paralyzed. You use analytics to decide, not just report. Strong analytical instincts.
Hands-on with product tools. Figma, Axure, Xmind, or similar. You can mock flows and don't wait for designers.
Bonus points for curiosity about emerging tech and digital assets. You don't need prior experience, but you should want to learn.
Why this could be for you
Well-funded startup with serious backing and ambitious goals. Strong product-market fit and real traction.
Remote first with full flexibility. 8-hour overlap with UTC+8 required. Async communication is the default.
Competitive base + performance bonus + equity/token incentives. Upside matters here.
High ownership culture. What strikes me most about this team is the speed—they ship, measure, and adapt without endless approvals.
A few signals you might be the one
You've launched a consumer feature and watched users struggle with v1. You didn't blame them, you fixed the flows.
You enjoy ambiguity and evolving requirements. You'd rather ship and learn than perfect in isolation.
You write clear specs and care about edge cases. Future engineers will thank you.
You've worked with regulated products (finance, healthcare, payments) and found creative ways forward.
Tools and skills you'll likely use
Product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar), Figma, Axure, Xmind, SQL for data exploration, A/B testing platforms, user research tools, PRD frameworks, agile/sprint planning, willingness to learn new technologies.
Location and hours
Fully remote across global time zones.
8-hour daily overlap with UTC+8 required.
English and Mandarin as working languages.
How to apply
Send your CV and a short note on a product you owned from idea to launch. What worked? What didn't? Links to live products, case studies, or shipped features help a lot.
