We are looking for an ownership-driven
Software Engineer
with strong collaboration and end-to-end delivery capabilities. You will contribute to key technical designs and decisions, leverage AI developer tools to accelerate development, and work closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver AI products and capabilities that are production-ready, operable, and continuously iterated—driving sustained efficiency gains across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Product Development
End-to-end delivery:
Lead the full-stack development of software applications powered by LLMs/agents. Candidates with strong
Python + TypeScript
capabilities are preferred; however, we care more about whether you can independently turn AI capabilities into a
production-ready product
—from backend services to a usable front-end experience—and own
stability and iteration
after launch.
Engineering excellence:
Build and maintain efficient
CI/CD pipelines
to enable frequent, reliable releases.
Architecture \& cost optimization:
Design cloud-native solutions on
AWS/Azure/GCP
, leverage
serverless
for elastic scaling, and proactively manage cost and efficiency (e.g.,
token optimization
, cloud resource governance).
Business Enablement \& Internal Tooling
Solution translation:
Develop a deep understanding of business pain points (projects, go-to-market, R\&D) and translate requirements into
practical AI/ML solutions
—not “tech for tech’s sake.”
Lower the adoption barrier:
Build internal
SDKs
and reusable toolkits with a product mindset, enabling other teams to integrate AI capabilities more easily and accelerating adoption across the organization.
Continuous improvement:
Monitor real-world performance after release and iterate based on user feedback and operational data, through
prompt optimization
and, when appropriate,
fine-tuning

Technical Vision \& Innovation
Stay ahead:
Keep up with applied AI trends (e.g.,
multi-agent systems, reasoning/tool-use patterns
) and evaluate new tools and frameworks that fit our context.
Standards \& governance:
Help establish internal engineering standards and
AI safety/data governance
guidelines (e.g., hallucination mitigation, privacy compliance) to raise the team’s overall engineering bar.
Qualifications
Programming \& Full-Stack Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with
Python
(preferably
FastAPI
) and
TypeScript
(preferably
React/Next.js
), with end-to-end delivery capability across
APIs, authentication/authorization, data layer, front-end interaction, deployment
.
Solid understanding of
PostgreSQL
(data modeling, indexing, migrations, SQL) and a strong sense of maintainable software design.
Cloud \& Engineering Practices
Proficient with
Docker
; familiarity with
Kubernetes and/or Serverless
is a plus.
Experience with
CI/CD and DevOps practices
: automated testing, release workflows, rollbacks, environment separation (dev/staging/prod), and secrets management.
Basic observability skills: logging, error tracking, alerting, and performance monitoring.
LLM / AI Engineering (Core)
Practical experience delivering
RAG
systems: document chunking, embedding strategies, retrieval (vector/hybrid), reranking, citation/attribution, and traceability.
Familiarity with vector search or vector databases such as
Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or FAISS
.
Experience integrating
LLM APIs
(OpenAI/Claude/Gemini or equivalent): structured outputs, function/tool calling, rate limiting and retries, timeouts, and graceful degradation/fallbacks.
Strong quality mindset: able to set up basic
evaluation
(offline test sets, regression testing, human labeling workflows), measure accuracy/usability, and continuously improve.
Cost \& performance awareness: token cost controls (prompt compression, caching, batching, model routing) and latency optimization for retrieval/generation.
Understanding of fine-tuning concepts (and parameter-efficient approaches such as
LoRA
) is a plus; large-scale model training experience is
not required
.
Security \& Compliance
Understanding of data security and privacy fundamentals: access control, log redaction, sensitive data handling, auditability, and practical guardrails against
hallucination and unauthorized access
.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Electrical Engineering
, or related fields.
Experience \& Mindset
AI-native and tool-savvy:
An enthusiastic user of AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, etc.) with strong exploration habits; able to turn tool usage into reusable
team templates, standards, and workflows
.
Ownership \& delivery:
Proven track record of taking modules/products from
0 to 1
into production, including deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Agile collaboration:
Comfortable with MVP-driven iteration, scope control, and prioritization; able to align with non-technical stakeholders on goals, risks, and delivery boundaries.
Language:
Fluent working proficiency in
English and Chinese

Experience:
3–5 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year in
AI/LLM application engineering, retrieval systems, or automated workflow orchestration
(or equivalent demonstrable project outcomes).
