About the Role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure cloud services and automated deployment tools. You will be responsible for building, deploying and maintaining scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines.
This role involves managing, deploying applications, and implementing automation solutions to enhance the overall efficiency of the development lifecycle.
This is a permanent, full time position based in Melbourne.
Key responsibilities include:
Automate the build and deploy pipeline for applications and integration services.
Work closely with developers and architects to automate the deployment.
Coordinate and collaborate across teams to archive smooth deployment.
Mentor and coach in-house team to assume the responsibility.
Produce technical documentation about the process and tools.
Skills and experience required:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or Computer Science.
4 years + hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
Highly experienced in continuous build and deploy process.
Proven ability to design, implement and manage Azure CI/CD pipelines, automate and release process.
Familiar with Octopus Deploy CI/CD.
Good understanding of Azure IaaS, SaaS and PaaS.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, particularly Microsoft .NET applications and NuGet packages.
Certifications (not mandatory, but an advantage):
AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions
