We are looking for a skilled and passionate Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to a cutting-edge project built with React and a microfrontend architecture. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable, modular frontend components that seamlessly integrate into a larger ecosystem.
About The Opportunity
This role focuses on developing and maintaining scalable Python applications in a collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software, contribute to architecture decisions, and continuously learn while mentoring others.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and systems.
Demonstrate ownership and craftsmanship around the code base and your work.
Help other developers grow and learn new technologies.
Provide mentorship to engineers at various levels.
Remain mindful of application security and performance.
Take pride in continuous learning and personal development.
Maintain a pragmatic mindset.
Required Qualifications
3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong full-stack portfolio.
Proficiency in Python, including experience with web frameworks such as Flask.
Cloud experience, particularly with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB).
Strong debugging, issue-resolution, and troubleshooting skills.
Nice To Have Skills
Familiarity with UX design tools (e.g., Figma) and the design-engineering hand-off process.
Experience with containerized development and deployment (Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Familiarity with deployment pipelines and CI/CD tools.
Exposure to financial systems or credit modeling.
