Description
Hybrid Schedule: Reliable internet, computer, and Android or iPhone required for remote access.
In-office presence required 3 days a week based on team requirements.
Video/face-to-face interviews required prior to all offers.
Responsibilities
Lead application systems analysis and programming activities.
Partner with management teams for appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
Identify and define necessary system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes.
Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the architecture blueprint.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
Integrate business areas like architecture and infrastructure to accomplish business goals.
Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
6 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or Systems Analysis role.
Extensive experience in System Analysis and software applications programming, with expertise in Java and Angular development.
Knowledge of various databases, preferably Oracle and MongoDB.
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Education
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience required.
Master’s degree preferred.
