The Role:
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the analytics layer that powers decisionâmaking across Financial Services and Benefits (FS\&B). You will model and certify trusted data products in Snowflake using dbt, enable governed selfâservice via thin BI models, and deliver reproducible analysis for product discovery, experiments, and ongoing performance.
You will reduce ad hoc load by maintaining clear documentation, canonical queries, and an AIâassisted FAQ, while partnering with Product and Finance to standardise metrics and drive adoption of the Single Customer View (SCV).
What Youâll Bring:* Advanced SQL and strong dbt (Core) on Snowflake (testing, documentation, CI/pr).
Analytics data modelling (dim/fact, identity/SCV, contract versioning).
BI modelling and report building in Holistics and/or Power BI using thin datasets over certified views.
Git/GitHub workflows; PRbased change control.
Snowflake RBAC and column masking.
Python for lightweight data tasks, validation utilities, or documentation generation.
