Role Overview:
The Product Manager owns the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across AYP Global Pay.
You will:
Define the future of AYP’s platform based on deep buyer and user understanding
Build automation-first workflows using n8n and AI
Shape simple, intuitive UX out of complex HR and payroll processes
Lead the Product team and Process team
Drive clarity, accuracy, and trust across every feature

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision \& Future Strategy
Define and lead a future-focused product vision based on deep
buyer and user
insights.
Develop a strategic roadmap that anticipates APAC HR, payroll, and compliance needs while aligning with commercial goals and brand promise of
Peace of Mind
.
Identify market opportunities in AI, automation, and UX to differentiate AYP and maintain strong product–market fit through ongoing persona refinement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure roadmap reflects real buyer demand and user behavior.
2. Deep User \& Buyer Persona Understanding
Conduct research and refine personas to deeply understand workflows and pain points.
Translate insights into product decisions that deliver clarity, speed, and trust.
3. Build Automation-First Products
Design automation-first workflows using orchestration tools like n8n.
Integrate AI responsibly to enhance accuracy, compliance, and user experience.
Ensure all automation and AI features are safe, predictable, and auditable.
4. Lead Product Execution \& Delivery
Own PRDs, roadmap prioritization, and UX direction for scalable releases.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality delivery and strong documentation.
5. Lead \& Grow the Product Team
Manage and coach Product Managers and Process Analysts to foster strategic thinking.
Build a culture of curiosity, user empathy, and evidence-based decision-making.
Who You Are:
Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
Strong hands-on experience with n8n, workflow automation, and orchestrating cross-system processes.
Experience delivering AI-driven product features in real-world applications.
Deep understanding of UX, systems thinking, and end-to-end product journeys.
Exceptional ability to understand buyer personas and user behaviour across markets.
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
Highly curious, adaptable, and growth-minded — constantly learning and improving.
Ability to thrive in complex, multi-country, compliance-heavy environments.
