About Us:
AyurAstra is an Ayurveda-based healthcare and wellness service focused on personalized home care and mother \& elder wellness programs. We are building an in-house CRM system to manage leads, patients, therapists, follow-ups, and operations efficiently.
Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers or interns who are passionate about web development and eager to gain real-world experience by building a complete CRM system from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a web-based CRM for AyurAstra
Work on modules like lead management, patient records, follow-ups, billing, and reports
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Collaborate with the business team to understand requirements
Debug, test, and improve application performance
Technical Requirements:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP (CodeIgniter preferred) OR Python (Django preferred)
Understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Familiarity with MVC architecture
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Good to Have:
Experience with REST APIs
Basic Git knowledge
Prior academic or personal projects
