Job responsibilities
Assist system engineer to conduct system network design and security review;
Handle server hardware and software installation, and backup configuration;
Source hardware, software or third-party services for pre-sales projects;
Handle system maintenance and support calls;
Liaise with hardware and software vendors for support services;
Perform system health check and management; and;
Administer office system and network infrastructure, and provide in-house support.
Job requirements
Final year students/ graduates of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related disciplines;
Knowledge of DevOps, Docker, K8s, Ansible is a plus;
Knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL, MYSQL, or another database is a plus;
Knowledge of firewall settings and infrastructure security;
Understanding of SaaS, AWS, AzureProduction Support, ITIL workflow;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Works well under pressure and time constraints;
Proficient in written English and Chinese;
Fluent in Cantonese and English.
