RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources.
Design dashboards and interactive reports for stakeholders
Evaluate the impact of initiatives using KPIs and analytical models.
Improve and maintain Power BI dashboards to ensure reliable, consistent and continuous data.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Support key partners with agile and timely data analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Latin America.
Drive internal culture to automate dashboards and facilitate trainings.
Stay up to date with trends in analytics, BI, and digital transformation.
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or related.
At least 1- 2 years of previous experience as Data Analyst or Business Analytics Analyst.
Power BI: data preparation, modelling, visualization and reporting is a plus.
Tools: proficiency in Excel. SQL and Python are desirable.
Business oriented: understanding of business processes, strategic goals, and key metrics.
Experience in FMCG industry is desirable.
Languages: Spanish and Intermediate level of English.
