Job description
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who loves building efficient, reliable, and scalable systems. You will work on both front-end and back-end components of our accounting tech products — making accounting faster, smarter, and simpler for firms and businesses.
You will join a small, fast-moving team that values clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement. Expect to ship features end-to-end and see your work used by real accountants every day.Responsibilities* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
Build reusable UI components and optimise front-end performance
Design RESTful APIs, manage data models, and write efficient SQL queries
Implement authentication, authorisation, and multi-tenant architecture
Write clean, well-structured, and well-documented code
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and accountants to turn requirements into working products
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Azure
Your skills and experience
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Next.js) and Python (FastAPI, Pandas)
Solid understanding of SQL database (PostgreSQL, RLS), multi-tenancy
Experience with REST APIs, authentication (OAuth2/OpenID, JWT), and cloud deployment
Familiarity with Azure and CI/CD pipelines
Familiar with AI/ML frameworks, agentic workflow, vector databases is a plus
Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
Comfortable working in a startup environment — resourceful, fast-learning, and proactive
2-4 years experience
Fluent in English
