A high-growth crypto trading company is building from the ground up and is hiring a
Trading-Focused Product / Project Manager
to lead the greenfield development of a
high-performance Order Book Matching Engine
for
Spot and Derivatives
trading.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just manage tickets — but
owns the product
.
The Role
Act as the
spiritual
Product \& Project Leader for the trading platform
Own the end-to-end build of a crypto order book matching engine
Work closely with engineering, trading, and leadership teams
Define vision, roadmap, and execution for latency-sensitive trading systems
Drive performance, scalability, and reliability of core trading infrastructure

Requirements
Mandatory:
Proven experience working in
crypto trading environments
Strong product management background in trading systems (Spot / Derivatives)
Deep understanding of order books, matching engines, and market structure
Comfortable operating in greenfield, fast-moving environments
