The Role：
You will work on the
design, development, and optimisation of latency-sensitive trading systems
, collaborating closely with traders, quants, and fellow engineers.
Responsibilities include:
Developing
low-latency trading and execution systems
in
Java or C++
Optimising systems where
microseconds and nanoseconds matter
Designing robust, scalable infrastructure supporting live trading
Working directly with front-office stakeholders to deliver performance-critical solutions
Requirements:
Strong experience in
Java or modern C++
(performance-focused)
Solid understanding of
low-latency systems
, concurrency, and memory management
Fluent English and strong communication skills
Experience in trading, financial systems, or real-time distributed systems is a plus
