The Role:
This is a
front-line engineering role supporting core operational and COO functions
, working closely with stakeholders across Hong Kong and London.
You will:
Design and develop
Python-based applications
supporting reconciliations, trade bookings, and operational workflows
Build and enhance
internal tooling, reports, dashboards, and web applications
used by Operations and COO teams
Own key data sources and ensure
data accuracy, robustness, and scalability
Requirements
1-5 years of professional software development experience
Strong
Python
skills, including
Pandas and NumPy
Solid understanding of
SQL and relational databases
Excellent communication skills — comfortable interfacing directly with business stakeholders
