Product Operations Associate at BairesDev
We are seeking a Product Operations Associate to support our commercial teams and help the business get the most out of the platforms we build. You'll work closely with Business Development and other commercial stakeholders first, as well as Product and R\&D, to communicate new releases, create documentation and tutorials, identify pain points, and support adoption, ensuring our product pipeline stays aligned to evolving business needs.
What You'Ll Do: - Prepare reports on bugs/issues reported, escalated, and solved. Follow up and help teams resolve blockers.
- Communicate, educate, and document new releases for internal stakeholders.
- Generate documents and tutorials on platforms to support adoption.
- Maintain clarity around the product pipeline and help surface blockers early.
- Support the development of workflows and ensure alignment across teams.
What we are looking for:
Mandatory:
- Experience with commercial/business development products.
- Background in continuous improvement/operations.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Advanced level of English.
Desirable:
- Experience with data reporting and performance tracking.
- Project management experience.
- Previous work with Business Development/Commercial planning.
